Other Bodies, is the best book I have read in a long time. It is set in the future, in a very fractured United States. Philly to be exact.
Following 16 year old Hattie, we see how the city has turned out. No. matter how much changes, things still say the same.
Hattie at 16 gets a job at Managed Motherhood. From the start being programed to think they were doing the right thing. Working alongside AI or TED devices.
Hattie of course makes a choice and instantly regrets it. But then she find out something very important. Her baby is still alive, but does she have the time to save her? You guys know by now that I don't do spoilers!
Other Bodies, is perfect for the current situation in this country. With places like New York, attempting to allow the murder of babies even after they are born.
If you can't tell, I am very anti abortion. here are only a few exceptions. Young and dumb is not a good excuse, while possible death to the mother, is.
I commend Mr. Ohman for this amazing book. I sat down and read it in about 4 hours, I just couldn't put it down. It is so well written and on point.
Definitely make sure you check out this book, even if you don't. care about the topic in real life, it's a great book regardlesss! Find it on Amazon!
