Marine Moon Blanket

Winter gets crazy here in Indiana and I have been searching for the right supplies for years.

Growing up here, still doesn't prepare you for the weather. It can change drastically from day to day.

This blanket finally gives me the heat I need at night time. When I bought it, it honestly looked like just a thin throw.

The first time I used it, I changed my mind though. The heat that comes from this blanket is amazing. It's thin but it holds in the heat!

Another great thing about this blanket, is the fact that it's super soft. It feels so amazing rubbing up on my face and skin. It was another pleasant surprise.

This blanket might be a twin size, but it's big enough to stretch out with on the couch, bed, or anywhere you need to stay warm.

I have to say, I didn't have high expectations for this blanket at all and it blew me away. You have to check it out, if you need a great blanket.

The Restoration Series

People go through a lot in life. I was sitting here sad, thinking about my husband who had been away for a few months for work. So many tears.

So many people have it much worse than I do. I remember when we were first dating, my husband was in a work release.      program. It is the hardest thing you can think of. Until you watch this series.

I watch a lot of reality shows and nothing is as real or hits you as hard as this one. Many people won't be able to relate but on the flip side, the rest will.

Even if you can't relate, you think they did the crime and suffered the consequences, a few minutes with the show will hopefully turn your thinking around.

The transition from prison to home is one thing but they also show the destruction left behind with wives and children. Showing their long path back to normal.

I am in love with this show already and had so many tears through just the first episode. I think it was well edited and produced and I look forward to watching more. If you would like to watch, check it out here:

King Manes Beard Balm

Before my husband, I never liked beards. Some days I still go back and forth with it. Those are the days, I get scratched in the face by a beard that feels like a brillo pad.

We have tried product after product and they never really worked for longer than a day or two.

King Manes Beard Balm, is the exception. My husband has been using it for over a week now (he  unfortunately had to shavesaafew weeks ago, but it's coming together back)  and the change is amazing. I can't believe how soft it is. We can finally get close and take pictures together.

The first thing you notice, is the mint smell. Normal beard products smell outdoorsy or manly and this is a nice change.

One reason this beard balm may work better, is the fact that it is made from all natural products. No worries about any chemicals harming your skin. Also, how you get the minty smell.

Growing up my favorite thing about any class was the chalkboard. It just look like so much fun. I just always wanted to draw on them. The dry erase boards just aren't the same.

There's just something about the smell and the look of the chalk that's enticing. When the chalkboard marker phase came along in the last few years I definitely jumped on that so when I saw these thank you cards I had to check them out.

These thank you cards are from Suphouse and they're retro chalkboard thank you cards. Each one looks much like a chalkboard or like it was drawn by hand for each person personally.

Each card has its own individual style and look while still looking the same. I am very happy with all of these the foreign language is whatever you know I can take or leave I don't speak them so and you know nobody I know does so it'll be interesting but I will definitely still use them.

Just like traditional thank you cards they have a message on the outside and are all blank on the inside. The one of the only complaints that I have are the outsides are often not the same colors they kind of look faded on some of them but still very beautiful.

 My only other issue is I kind of wish that they would have included some blank outside cards so that you can use a chalkboard marker and make your own thank you card. Or they could have included a chalkboard marker as well.

Obviously these things are cosmetic things that I would like to see done or you know printing issues so I can't fault them for either thing. 

All in all these are beautiful cards and I will definitely be using them for my cousin's baby shower next month so make sure you check that now you will definitely see pictures on Facebook and Instagram with these cards so check it out at the link below things guys.
