As much as I hate to admit it, snow is coming. The last few years have been perfect, not much snow, only a few days of "bad weather and the rest were just bitterly cold.
In Indiana though, you never know what it will be from day to day, or even hour to hour. If you are like us and have no garage, you know the scraping struggle. Like me, you probably hate it.
When I saw this windshield cover, I knew I had to try it. Anything that will help right? This one, is a one size fits all windshield cover. On our vehicle it looks a bit big, but I like that it also covers the side windows.
Putting it on is a breeze, all you have to do is put it around the side mirror and use the ties to hold it to the tires, and then do the other side. Make sure you have totally covered the windshield.
We haven't had any snow yet, so I can not tell you how well it works, or if it works at all. It is a very durable looking material. I think it could stand up to some good winds.
My only thought about this product.. where do you put it after you take it off? Even if you shake the snow off, it will still be wet. At home you could find somewhere to put it, but what if you are out and about on a snowy day?
Anyway, this is a great idea and will save my arms from scraping at ice, that's impossible to remove. I think of it as a poor man's remote car starter, without the heat. It will definitely get used in the next month or less!
Make sure you check it out and keep an eye on the posts, because I also got side window covers from this company, that will be posted in the next few days.
Does anyone else remember sitting around the radio or tv and praying for a snow day? Now they cancel when it is too cold outside. I want to hear the craziest "I use to walk 3 miles or I walked through a blizzard" stories. I want to see if anyone is paying attention. The best story by December 1st, gets a surprise from me!
I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. Regardless of price, all opinions are my own and 1005 honest.
