Let's have a party with this minifigure city set!

I go through a lot of different obsessions. Unlike a hoarder, I let them go before I start a new collection. I do feel like a hoarder sometimes. There has to be a reason why people keep things, but I don't know what it is. I just hope I can continue to keep and then get rid of stuff.

Lately, my obsession has been minifigures. It started when my husband got me a mini Bob Ross and I fell in love. What started as just Bob of the day pictures on IG, has turned into something bigger now. I thought these might be the perfect addition to my current set.

The first thing I need to say about this set is simple..time. These minifigures don't come already together, you have to put all 36 of them together. With my arthritis, it took me almost 2 hours to do them all and my fingers were swollen and bruised for days afterwards. If you are buying these as a gift, it would be wise for you to put them all together before you give them to young kids. Otherwise, you're going to have a big mess and probably a lot of lost pieces.

Like I said above, each minifigure comes in it's own bag and you have to put them together. It doesn't seem like much, until you actually see the bag. All the characters look nice and nothing was broken, before or after, I strated putting them together.

This really is a great city set to me. There are so many different characters, like a male and female police officer, chef, pirate, Geisha and just normal town people as well. With the right imagination and pieces, your child could create an awesome community.

This set also comes with a few extras. cell phones, spatula, frying pan, lipstick etc. The most important extra, is the lego 4 wheeler. It's pretty cool, but be warned the only instructions to put it together, are on the Amazon listing page.

I have to say that I am really loving my new minifigures, even if they caused me some pain in the beginning ideas on ways to use them are popping up in my head as we speak and I'm excited.
