Growing up, I went to church every single Sunday with my grandparents. I couldn't wait to get to that day of the week. Church gave me so much to think about and learn, not only about the Bible but about myself as well.
Going on through life, I took what I learned and I hope that I live up to what I hoped I would be when life was so much simplier. Back then we did what we were told without a bat of an eye, now we are out here all on our own.
The Star, is a great way for kids and adults alike, to remember what this life is really all about and who we are living for. Plus, they have stars like Mariah Carey that you can sing along with.
The characters, songs, and sights are so much fun. They really keep you interested and waiting for the next part.
One of my kid's favorite parts, is the interactive bible. They have so many more cool ways to learn now than I did back then. This DVD is perfect if you want them to learn in an exciting way.
You have to check out this DVD, pop some popcorn, and sit down and enjoy with your kids. I believe everyone can enjoy this just like my family did. If you do, please let me know below. Thank you so much for reading and remember, go check out THE STAR!

DIY Favorite Shirt Pillow
I seem to have a hard time letting things go. I'm not a hoarder, I do throw things away, but If I draw it or make it, I'm pretty proud of a lot of it. Sometimes the stuff has to go and sometimes it can be recycled.
If you caught the last DIY, the St. Patrick's Day wreath, then you already saw the fabric that I'm going to use, if not, you will in a second. As a product reviewer, I get a lot of items to review and fabric markers happen to be one of them. For that review I made a cool zombie shirt. After years of wearing the shirt, It needed to be retired and I needed to make a wreath.
Wanting to save the art, I cut it out both sides and then of course they got set aside so I could finish other things. Plus decide what I wanted to do with them.
The pillow was thought of by my hubby and I couldn't have been happier to hear the idea. Sewing has never been my thing though, so don't be scared of my finished product. HAHA
Here's what you need:
Fabric
Scissors
Thread
Needle
Stuffing
Obviously you want to make sure that the shirt has been washed and smells good before you start doing any of this. Working with a nasty shirt, would not be fun. Once that is done, then you can cut out the design or the art on your shirt. Lay them outwith the images faceing each other, so it will be inside out.
Thread your needle and then start in the middle of the top of the fabric and go around it, sewing the two pieces together. Make sure you don't leave too much space in between in an attempt to get it done quicker. It will fall apart on you. Leave a few inch space in the top, you will need it to get the stuffing in and of course turn the pillow the right way.
So of course, fix the pillow so it appears the right way. push out any corners if you want to and make sure it sits flat. If you see anything coming apart, make sure you fix it right then.
Once you are ready too, stuff some stuffing inside. I used the stuffing out of a blanket I was getting ready to throw away. Stuff it to the firmness that you want. Figure that out by squeezing or usign the pillow.
Once you have it the way you want it, simply sew the top together, cut off the excess and use or display your pillow. It is so simple and so much fun,
Thank you so much for reading everyone. I can't say how much I appreciate you. I'm thinking of doing a giveaway soon, give me some realistic ideas for a giveaway prize below. Have a great one!

St. Patrick's Day DIY Wreath
Some holidays bring out the best and worst in people. Usually though, people stay true to their ethnic background. That doesn't seem to be the case with St Patrick's Day. Every year, more and more people claim to be Irish and drink their day away.
Is there a point to this holiday? What were the beginnings? This seems to be something that I need to study further at a later time. Seriously though, I don't think it became a holiday so people can drink green beer. My wreath doesn't help with that sterotype but, here we go. (P.s I rarely drink and I am just having fun, please no one be offended.)
I had to do things a little differently this month. Green trash bags were pretty expensive and I'm broke, white would look kind of silly and wouldn't convey the message from far away, so I had to find another way.
This time I used:
Green Shirt
Scissors or fabric cutter
wire or Hanger
Decorations
As far as instructions go, it works the same way as all the rest have. Just in case you haven't caught them before, let's dive right in, and make sure you check out the past wreaths sometime.
First, As always, cut up the shirt or green fabric or trash bags, into the size strips that you need. Don't worry, you can always trim them down after you attach them if you don't like the length.
Once that is done, you need to move on to shaping your wreath. I tried for a about an hour, to shape my hanger into a four leaf clover and it just wouldn't work for me. Even when I got it, it just didn't look right. So I opted to go with the classic circle.
Now, just work your away around the hanger tying on the cut up pieces of fabric. Once you get a few on you should have an idea on size, cut smaller pieces from here on out if you need to. You will need a lot of strips, so use them wisely.
Once your out of strips, move on to the next part which is decorating. I decided to go simple with mine and just add in a necklace with a shot glass attached to it. It is simple and fun and not too flashy. you can add whatever you want to make it your own.
I know it is plain but I enjoy it. Have you made any of the wreaths on my pages? Please, if you have let me know down below. Any tips on how I can improve would be great. Thank you so much for reading everyone,a nd have an amazing day!!

Make Your Own Yogurt!
SPONSORED POST
Growing up, we ate either ice cream or sherbert. I'm fairly positive I never ate yogurt until I was an adult. Even then, it never happened until I started trying to lose weight. I have found, that not all yogurt tastes good and you have to do your own taste experiments to figure out what you like.
Now I know, yogurt isn't for everyone, and plain yogurt is especially different, but keep reading. It is left open, so you can add anything you want to make it taste differently. I personally used strawberries, and it was pretty yummy! So, please put your own spin on it.
Now, first you have to get yourself some of this Bio Yogurt starter Culture On Amazon and then you can get started. The process is pretty simple, but it does take quite awhile to do, the best part, is you don't need anything special to do it.
First, you take a liter of milk and you bring it to a boil. Sit it to the side and let it cool down to almost room temperature.
Pour in the culture packet and make sure you stir it well. it will of course still be very watery and runny even with extra stirring.
Now next you have to incubate the mixture. You can do this a few ways, but I chose to do it in the microwave. First, move the mixture to a container and then wrap the top with foil before putting the lid on. Then wrap it in two towels, After you have that done, hea up a microwave safe potholder and then pop the mixture in when done. The potholder, (I used silicone) should hold the heat in for quite awhile. I kept it in mine from 4 pm to 9 am.
When that is done, transfer it to the fridge. It was still watery on me at this point. I had doubts on whether or not it would work. Leave it in the fridge for about a day without opening or moving it.
After that, you can open and enjoy. If it isn't thick enough, you may be able to put it back in for a bit longer and see if it will thicken some more. as I said earlier, I added strawberries and it really helped to improve the taste.
Original yogurt will never be my thing, but you make a lot with one packet and I think this is definitely worth it for the money! The process can be crazy and remember there are other ways to do it, so always google and find out if you don't know. Make sure you click the blue url above to go to the Amazon page, and order, or go here:

UNOMOR "Cards" Banner
In life, you're handed many things. Supposedly those things aren't suppose to be more than you can handle, but there have been a few times the problems hit close to too much. One of my issues are in laws that despise me.
There are still a few who like me and I like to treat them well. My brother in law is a pretty big alcoholic. His wife and he have a basment bar and they use it every single day. Over the years, I have gotten more than a few things to help stock their bar. I'm always looking for Christmas gifts and I think this banner is perfect.
It comes on a rope, that appears to be hemp, but I doubt it. Each letter is on different piece of card stock. Meaning, you can move them back and forth and closer and further away easily. There is a large excess of rope left, so have fun with it when hanging.
Everything seems really well put together, but I would be careful of the wind in an outdoor event. Make sure you have it well taped down. Other than that, they should sit well and not have to be forced down by the letter.
My only con with this one, is that I wish the letters were a light metal. It would be more reusable that way and you could have it outside with confidence. Plus I think it would look a lot better than the cardstock.
BUT, it is a great sign. Very light, so you don't have to use much tape on the rope and the letters are nice and big. It would work perfectly at an event with cards and gifts and at a basement bar as decor.
To me it looks very rustic and I think it would look particulary nice at a country event, but it would work for any! I'm pretty happy with it and I think my inlaws will enjoy it as well. If it sounds like something you would be interested in, click the link below!

Onyle Laser Pointer
Sponsored Post
Some things let me down in life. Married with Children never getting a season finale always made me mad and still does. They tease us with a Bud spin off but there hasn't been anything in years.
Have you ever gotten an offer you could refuse? Well, that is exactly what happened with this laser pointer. I will tell you right off the bat, that a few of my reviewer friends also reviewed this product and had NO problems with it.
Well, here we go. I will do the pro list first, it should be short and sweet.
PRO:
Rechargeable. No buying batteries or a new one every few months. The charge cord works pretty well.
Multiple Settings. Change it from a boring dot to cool things like a thumbs up.
Bright. From the brief time it worked, it was pretty bright. That was right out of the package.
Wrist Strap. It is easy to hold on to oor carry with you. You can also hang it up when not in use.
Now the interesting list. As a product reviewer, we have to check items out and make sure that they will withstand a beating or simply a toddler. As I was pulling and prodding, this thing came apart in my hands. It worked for a about a minute.
CONS:
No Instructions. It comes with no instructions at all. You have no iddea how to change the images of the pointer or use the flash light.
Not made well. If you drop this product or a kid gets ahold of it, say goodbye. It will not make it through a wild child. Make sure your pet doesn't knock it from you as well.
Customer Service Problems:
I let the business know what happened to their product moments after it happened. Instead of offering me another product at their cost, they offered another code which would have me paying again. No thank you.
Size. It is pretty big and looks a lot like a telescope, with a piece that appears to pull out to possibly zoom, do not do this, it does not zoom.
From what I saw, it could be a good laser pointer, like I said my friends have had a great experience with it. I have to go by the fact that it fell apart in my hands within minutes. It just doesn't seem to be made very well and can only be used by a careful adult. I'm leaving the link, please go and see what other people have to say, i may have juice gotten a lemon.

DIY Memory Magnets
Art has always been a thing for me. It comes up with everything I do. Before I got married and became poor (haha) we bought everything we needed. Now though, art has to step in and help me.
We all get that junk mail from fast food places, that have magnets attached to them. I'm not sure about you, but I don't hang them on my fridge. Instead, I'm going to use those magnets for other things.
For this craft, you should have everything on hand already.
Hot Glue Gun
memories
Magnet
scissors
These can be put together quickly and when you are done, you have something that really means something. Instead of another silly magnet from the store.
I gathered up a few silly things for this one. My husband brought me home a snapple lid about true love, and we don't drink much BUT, I made a magnet out of all the different drinks. Silly to you, but meaningful to me for sure.
First off, make sure you plug in and get your hot glue gun heating up. sit it to the side, but remember it is there. My arms and fingers have more than a few scars and burns.
Take the magnet off the junk mail and cut it into the size strips you need for your memory or memories. I just did a basic size for all and have a small bit of overflow but I think they look just fine.
When the glue gun is hot, glue one strip or two if your item is heavy, onto the back of your item. Make sure to remember to keep the exposed side of the magnet to the outside. Hold them together a bit but remember, IT'S HOT.
After a few minutes, you should be ready to hang them on your fridge. I haven't tried to hold anything up with mine, but you may be able to.
As always, have a good time with this. It may seem silly and tacky but home made is the best. It took my home from basic and boring, to interesting and splashes of color. We all have memories and items we don't know what to do with, turn them into something cool.
Thank you so much for reading everyone, I really appreciate every single one of you and I hope you have fun making my crafts and of course, I hope you make them much bettter than I do. Have a great one!

Clever Valentine's Day DIY Sign
Everyday I seem to miss my father even more. We use to watch all the shows together and now I watch them. I guess in an attempt to bring back those memories.
Roseanne is one of those shows. I remember him letting me stay up late just to watch with him. They weren't the perfect family, but they were a good family and in ways, a lot like mine. My sign reflects the love I have for everyone in my life.
To make this sign, you only need a few items:
Trash Bag
Cardboard
scissors
Tape
Markers
Like usual, short and sweet and easy to do. Hopefully you have all of this already laying around your home. Now, let's put it together.
First, pick out the size of sign you want, and cut that size out of the cardboard. It doesn't have to be perfect, close always counts with my crafts.
Once you have that done, wrap the bag around the carboard. I put mine down inside and cut it down from there. But you can also wrap it at the top to still be able to use your trash bag. Mine just go to the next craft honestly.
At first I went for the hanging sign approach. I cut a larger portion of bag than I needed and cut out the sides, kind of like ropes. But, it is just as easy to simply cut off the excess and sit the sign somewhere. The "ropes" kept coming undone and the sign would be on the ground by morning.
Once you have that decision made, simply tape it all up until you are satisfied. Now, the hardest part.. picking out an image or quote to put on your sign.
Once you have that done, bring out your inner artist and make an amazing sign. I already told you why I picked Roseanne. What quote would you go with? Please let me know below and have an amazing day.

Night sweats? Menopause? Keep reading.
My husband has to be my best friend and very much my favorite person. There are many things about him that are endearing and there are of course afew things that make me want to strangle him.
His high body temp and night sweats are low on the list, but they are on the non-endearing list. the time spent washing sheets all the time (we are poor, we only have one set of sheets) and the money spent on washing and drying is crazy. I need HELP!
Luckily, Exert is here to save the day..maybe. A body coolant spray, isn't something you hear about every day. I had no idea what it was and had to google it, and then I was intrigued and had to try it out. Anything that could possibly help out our lives, is welcome in our home.
As far as use, this product is very simple. If you have night sweats, simply spray it all over your skina nd wipe in a bit before laying down. If you have menopause and feel one coming on, it works the same way, simply spray and rub it into the skin.
My husband was nervous to try this out. The bottle says no chemicals, but as you can see his back often breaks out. I convinced him though and got him all snuggled in bed. When he woke up in the morning, the bed wasn't wet and he wasn't complaining about being warm.
We have both been using this product for over a week now and I have to say Exert really does work. If you have sweating problems, you need to click on the link below and find out more about it.

Obviously it worked for us but it may not work for everyone. Does anyone have any simple DIY cooling methods? You know I always love to hear anything you all have to say so let me know down below.
I recieved this product in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own regardless of price.

Obviously it worked for us but it may not work for everyone. Does anyone have any simple DIY cooling methods? You know I always love to hear anything you all have to say so let me know down below.

Hoarse voice? Try Voice37
Singing is one of my favorite things to do. I was in choir every year I could. Every year, dreaming of being in the show choir instead. Singing alone is just something I can't do unless I absolutely have to. Honestly, it terrifies me.
Karaoke with friends is always fun and of course a bit of Youtube and a hair brush at home. There are very few people I will sing in front of and some days I won't even sing in front of them. I just don't have the confidence. Now I have a different problem, a chronic cough. Some days I can sing and some days, I am so hoarse it sounds horrible. When I got the chance to try this, I new I had to. Singing helps my depression, life wouldn't be the same without it.
Voice37 is a liquid that you put into your food or drink. It went into a glass of pop the very first time, and that was the last time. In food, it's A ok with me. My husband on the other hand claims he can't taste much of anything. Maybe it's just me.
The first testing of Voice37 went well. After 10 songs, my voice was nice and hoarse. At this point, the music usually goes off and I'm done for at least a few days. This time, I drugged up my oatmeal with a vial of Voice37. A little while later, I was able to sing like it was the first song of the day again.
Voice37 helped with the hoarsness in my voice and it helped me to sing. I had my doubts, honestly, I didn't think it would work at all. Voice37 definitely did its job and it definitely impressed me. If you're a singer, you need to pick up a box of Voice37. You can find the link below.
