Storage seems to be my DIY theme lately. I guess that is because, I just can't justify spending the money, since we have NO money. Ha Ha Also, it is so much fun to experiment and decorate. Even though I am not very good at it. I need someone girly for that. :)
Anyway, on to the storage bin portion of this blog post. You all know, I tend to get off path with things and tend to ramble. Here is what I used, you may use other things, get creative!
Nesquik Can
Scissors
Craft Tape
Any additonal items you want to add to your bin as well.
I am all about simple and this is no different. To wrap it the way I did, choose two different kinds of tape. Start at the bottom wrapping as many times as you need to cover the bottom row of the can. I had to wrap two times. You then move up a little bit and do it again. Make sure that they aren't farther away then the width of your second tape.
Make your way up the can in this fashion. Next grab the other tape and do the same thing in the open spots all the way up the can. Careful on the top, you will have to keep folding it over as you wrap on the top row.
After that, just put something inside, because you are done! I decided to use mine for spatulas. Next one wiill be spoons. Right now they are taking up a whole drawer that I could use for better things. Plus I like the way it looks in my kitchen.
Well there you have it, another easy DIY, that only takes a few minutes and you get to recycle. As always, I thank you so much for reading and please leave those ideas below!!
