Like I said in the last post, music is a big part of my routine. It just gets you moving. When the music is on, you may have a hard time stopping!
I like all kinds of music, but my favorite music to workout to, is country. The songs are upbeat and they really get me moving.
Miranda Lambert has to be my favorite. Pretty much any female singer is my cup of tea when I need to get moving. Sometimes the radio alone is good.
Songs like, "You look good", Tin Man, Road Less Travelled Etc are all on my playlist. I am always looking to add to it, so if you have any songs on your list, that you think I would like, please comment below and let me know!
