I have tried many things on this weight loss journey so far. I found, when I keep my mind working, workouts go a lot quicker.
My favorite thing to keep my mind on, is music. I play it and my mind just floats away while my body does the work.
In this line of work, I have gotten many different blue tooth speakers. My favorite thing to do, is leave them sitting around, or even carrying them with me for the added weight.
The placement of speakers, is key. You can hear it all through your home keeping you going. I walk through my home to get my steps in, and I love this method.
