Vetra SoftTouch Volleyball

Sports are one of the best ways, to get your kids up and moving, and to teach them what it is like to work as a team to get things accomplished. It also shows them that no matter how much you put in to it, you could still come out in 2nd place. It's a hard lesson, but a lesson just the same. They don't seem to mind for more then a few minutes and then they are off to the next sport.

This soft touch volleyball, is the perfect way to introduce them to the sport. They can practice hitting it around, without having to worry about hurting their arms or hands. It is the same as a regulation ball, just soft..way softer.

So far they have learned a few things. We went to our local park and played at the volleyball courts, and we play in our back yard, just bumping it around to each other as well. I love the fact, that we could always tell which ball was ours, even when other people were there playing, because of the cool colors!

It does come flat, for obvious reasons. I used a small hand pump to get the air inside. Then when I thought the ball was filled enough, we started to play. I am sure it could use a little more air, but I am always so worried about balls exploding in my face. It works for us though, so I am not worried about it. I am just happy I got a cool ball, that will help my kids learn another new sport!
