New Year's resolutions are something I can take or leave. Usually, I don't keep up with them and they become a memory within a few weeks. This year,mine was the same as usual...lose weight and get healthy. So far I have stuck with it and I hope to have a new me by next year.

I have tried body wraps, but never a detox system like this. This year, I decided to take better care of myself and I think that these will be perfect to help me with that. I have never been to a spa, so I have nothing to compare this to, but the system seems to work really well. If it is like a spa as they claim, I may have to find one and start going.

There are no instructions included so I had to hit google and their website, but I finally figured it out. Just add a little water to the volcanic clay,wipe it on the body part you are needing help with, wrap with saran wrap, and then the included bandages. It is really easy to figure out once you do it once. Make sure to add the water slowly so that you don't get the solution too watery. If you do, you can still use it, it just gets really messy.

I didn't even think it worked for me, but then I put on my favorite jeans. They are usually a tight fit, but this time they fit a lot better on me. Looser around the waste and my tummy didn't hang over as badly. Since you use this once a week and there are 8 packets, it is a 2 month supply! I wasn't sure that this would work at all, but it has changed my mind after only one use!

I had no saran wrap, so I used a waist trimmer over the clay mixture.
