Glowbug Cloth Diaper

There are so many things you can do to make your life easier. Products you can buy and use one time and then get rid of. Disposable diapers are one of those things. You may think it is so simple to just use them once and throw them away, but have you ever stopped to think how much money you are spending...or what all those diapers are doing to the environment? Let's dive into the world of cloth diapers!

You may be reading this thinking.."Cloth diapers?!?..isn't that a lot of work..aren't they expensive?" I hope by the end of this post, you come away with all the facts so that you know what will be the best and easiest for you to manage and maintain. A disposable diaper, takes 250-500 years to decompose. The landfills are full of them and they will be around for generations after we are gone. You wouldn't throw a bag of trash on the side of the road, so why use a diaper that will have this bad of an impact on the world we live in?

Cloth diapers are a better alternative. It took me a long time to understand that and to wrap my head around it. I figured out that, even though they may be a lot more work, I will save money in the long run..a lot of money. I may be up to my ears in a lot of poop by the time he is out of diapers, but at least he will be stylish. You can't pick and choose what style of disposable diapers you want, but you can change cloth diapers with your mood.

Just like this awesome cloth diaper from Glowbug. As you can see it has a fun planet design. Like a lot of their diapers, it is very neutral and can be used for a boy or girl. Not to say that they don't have a lot of cute ones for each gender, because they really do. One thing I never knew before using cloth diapers is the awesome variety and the designs...wow the designs! This planet design is pretty neat. Whether you have a budding member of the space crew or just a baby with their heads in the clouds, this will look adorable on them!

Glowbug takes a lot of pride in their cloth diapers and they want everyone to know, that their cloth diapers, are non-toxic, leak free, and extremely soft! Which means your baby will always be dry and comfortable. The insert will provide all the comfort you need, in knowing that you won't have a mess on your hands when your baby goes potty!

With multiple snaps on the front of this diaper, it is safe to say that even if baby gets one or to undone, they won't be able to get them all the way off..that is until they get to the age where they don't like to keep a diaper on. I struggled through that with disposable diapers, so I can't really give any tips on that! I imagine though that these snaps will be a lot harder for your baby/toddler to pull off. The snaps are in the front, but there is enough material right there that they don't seem to bother my little man in the least bit, whether he is being held, carried, or napping.

We like to change it up every day, so we aren't looking at the same thing all the time..which is something you can't do with disposables. Clean up isn't as bad as I thought it would be either. Put them on, let them be used, wash and repeat. It is a snap and they do come a lot cleaner then I thought they would as well!

I have to say that Glowbug cloth diapers are some of the best I have ever used. If you are using cloth diapers or are on the fence about it, then head on over to the Glowbug Cloth Diapers website.
