Briskbars

I know I keep repeating this, but I am trying to lose weight. I have to keep telling myself and reminding myself, to keep up the effort. I want to do it this time, I think that is what is so different about this time. The drive is here and I will see it through. Briskbars come from a new company. I think they chose a good product to start out with!

Diet food and I really don't get along. I hate the taste of almost all of it. To me the taste of these is not something I would crave. It is edible and I eat them to get the energy, but I could take or leave the taste. My friend tried a bite and she loved the taste. So it really is a matter of what you like and if you are use to eating energy bars. You may be more use to the taste.

The bars look really good and they are a good size. The details on it are gorgeous. It really is a nice looking bar. For me it is about 4 bites sometimes five. The texture was interesting, but the bars seem to be made out of really good ingredients and the best part, is that they really do give me some energy.
