Silicone Slotted Spatula by Demyly

I love to cook. The quality of cooking supplies seems to be going down though. Everyone is mass producing these items these days and sell them even if the quality is lacking. You can really tel the difference when you go to use them as well. I am always amazed by how great one can look, but the quality of it is just horrible! That is not the case with this spatula.

This spatula is all red and made of silicone. the bottom of it seems to be just a bit smaller then others I have used before or even the ones that I own now. I usually like a bigger bottom then this, it just makes me feel that much more secure that the food is going to do what I want it to do. But it was big enough, not small by any means, just average.

I love the feel of this. Whether you are just holding it, or using it, your hand won't start to hurt because the grip feels so good. A lot of spatulas leave some of the actual spatula showing, but this one is totally covered with the red silicone. I like the look of this one much better then those. It creates a solid bold line that really flows from handle to the spatula.

The first time I used this, I found that I didn't need a bigger spatula head on this. It is the perfect size for the handle and for my food. It holds the food well and never gets weighed down or feels weighed down, meaning it is really easy to flip or move your food, without having to worry about dropping it.

I think that this is an awesome spatula. It looks and feels great. Simple to use and easy to clean and I know that my food whether it be pancakes, hamburgers, or taco meat, will be moved about or flipped with ease. The slots don't cut off any of the food and I haven't noticed any scratches on my pans as of yet either!
