Kuuk Mini Pull Chopper

I have arthritis, so everything I do causes pain. When I found out that I had to make a few desserts for Christmas, I was unsure if my hands would let me do it or not. I certainly couldn't chop everything by hand or I would have only been able to make one dessert. This mini pull chopper really came in handy!

I thought it would be bigger then it is for some reason. I suppose my first guess should have been the mini part of the title. but I wasn't thinking this mini. You can only fit about a cup maybe a little more worth of ingredients in, depending on the size of them and what they are.

If it was herbs you could probably put a lot more in, but I could only chop up one cut and peeled apple at a time. I only needed two apples for my pie, so that worked out pretty well and it took less time to do, then it would have taken me to chop it all by hand.

Simple is a good word for this. All you have to do is put in whatever ingredient you need chopped, close the lid and pull the handle. The more you pull the smaller the pieces will be chopped into. I pulled twice and the apple pieces were small but perfect for shoveling in the mouths of my family and friends. The blades don't look like much but they do their job pretty well!
