Bonjour Cuisine Baking Mats

I hate scrubbing pans. There is so much you have to do, especially if the food gets stuck to it. You have to let it soak, get a scour pad, rub it until your arms are about to fall off and you feel like you are going to go crazy..then wash it more and dry and put away. I needed a better way to do this, because this was taking way too long every time.

Silicone is awesome..especially in this form. These baking mats are really nice. They lay flat, roll up when need be, and can be folded in half to use them. They are a nice size, but like I said they can be made to fit in smaller pans. They are pretty thick and they look good. There are so many details to these mats, my favorite is the purple around the edges.

I found that these work really well. I use them for making cookies, pies, and even meats. They work really well and nothing sticks to them at all. When they cool off, I can literally just lift the mat out from underneath whatever it is and it will slide right off of there. I found it even helps to not burn things as well which I am guilty of...more then a few times.

When you go to clean these mats, you will find that they clean up with ease. If you are doing meats, it is a bit harder to keep the grease off of them and to get them cleaned up. But other things are super easy to clean off of them. They stay pretty clean if you are doing desserts. Again if you are doing meats they may not look new ever again. I love them though. I think they do what they should and they do a good job at it!
