Supreme Sports Gear Nose Plug and Ear Plugs Bundle

Swimming is one of my favorite things. It helps with the pain so I do it alot. I have to admit though, I have never used ear plus or a nose plug before when I was swimming. These were really easy to use and they look great. The directions on the back of the package, really helped me understand how I was to use the nose plug.

When I tried them out, they fit me really well. The bier ones were great and really closed the hole very well, but the smaller ones fit as well. They didn't seem to close the hole as much but they would work for me in a bind. The nose plug was easy to pull apart and fit nicely on my nose. I did use these while swimming and I barely had any water in my ears when I was done and it was a lot easier to keep it out of my nose as well.

They come in a nice little box, that is easy to open and you can carry it with you with ease. They stay put for the most part. The small ones aren't fixed in but they don't fall out at all when I go to open the case. I found this fits well in my purse, beach bag, and even my running belt pocket. I will always have them when I need them!
