Before my dad passed, he swore by green tea. He thought the tea was helping with the cancer cells. At the time I thought he was crazy, but I have actually researched and it does have some good qualities. Since I have horrible health, I figured I would give it a try. If I could just get past the taste of it, I would be good to go!
This tea comes in a cute little tin. It is not a normal thing of tea, there are no packets to dip. It is a powder that you mix into either hot or cold water. It takes awhile to stir it and it makes a pretty green when you finally get it all in and all mixed up.
They say in the directions that it takes a bit to like the taste and they aren't kidding. I have tried it a few times now, and it is just now growing on me. The taste is still gross but I can finally get through a whole cup of it!
Surprisingly, I do somehow feel better on the days that I drink a cup of this tea. It may look like just a powder, but something in it helps me. The small container makes you think that there isn't much in there, but there is more then you think inside. I haven't even made a dent in mine and hae made multiple drinks with it!
Another thing I love, is how easy the directions are to follow. All you have to do, like I said earlier, is put in the powder and whisk it for awhile. You will know if it needs stirred more...believe me. It will clump up and look pretty weird.
