Thin Botanicals Body Wrap

Nothing seems to be helping me lose weight. It feels like I have been trying forever. I know my age and health problems have to be taken into consideration and all that, but I am seriously sick of seeing the same number on the scale day after day. I had heard of different things you can try, and body wraps are one of those.

This set from Thin Botanicals, comes with 5 "wraps." I put wraps in quotations like that, because they don't really wrap anything. It's more like giant band aids. They have a hole for your belly button even! I was surprised that they weren't anything like I expected.

When you put these on, you should know that they come off in 3 ways. It seems so easy to put these on. The first time I took all three sections of backing off at one time and tried to put it on my stomach. I ended up having to straighten it out many times before I got it right. The next few times, I had learned and I took off the middle section only stuck it on me and then I did the side sections one at a time and smoothed them as I took the plastic pieces off.

They say you can use saran wrap with these, to create more heat, but I didn't have any, so I used my waist trainer over it. That always seems to make me sweat, so I figured it would create enough heat. I recently got some slimming gel that is in the routine as well.

These wraps are to be used every 2 days, so they work for a total of 10 days all together. Don't use them if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you are having your menstrual cycle. Always make sure to drink a bunch of water while wearing these, and keep them on for 6 - 8 hours. Diet and exercise is recommended while using these as well.

The worst part about this whole experience, was taking off the wraps. I have never felt so much pain and I have taken off a lot of band aids in my time, often when they were attached to my hair. None of that compares to the pain of getting these wraps off. I am all for the wrap until the 8 hours is up and then I hate it!

I do have to say it worked a tiny bit though. I took a few pics and I think my tummy looks a little smaller but I guess you can be the judge. I am not really comfortable posting these pics but in order to do a full review I must, so please no negative comments.
