When I first saw this cover I was in love. The chevron pattern looks really cute on it and I feel like it could be used for a boy or a girl. The color is neutral enough in my eyes. Seeing it at first, I thought it would be way too big...and then I tried it out on the baby car seat and it fit perfectly. It attaches to handle easily enough and I think it would fit on a variety of handles even the ones that aren't straight. With a system of velcro and straps, this will stay on even on the windiest day. It is made well and the stitching looks great.
It is thick enough to keep the wind off of baby but still thin enough for baby to be able to breathe and not get to warm. It hangs down a bit in the front which is totally fine, just make sure where you put the seat down. Since it hangs down, it may get dirty. Back with my first kid, I had those silly covers that just fit right over the seat, right above the babies' face and head with a flap that comes down. This one is so much easier then that and I feel like my baby is a lot safer.
I just love it and I have had so many compliments on it already. It looks better then all the other baby car seat covers I have seen from other mommy's. This could last for many babies and would make a great hand me down or gift for a new mommy when you are done. Every mommy would love to get this as a baby shower gift, gift at the hospital, or just a random present. Believe me, they will appreciate this more then most other things!
