Chef Cristiane's Brazilian Gourmet Hot Sauce

When it comes to hot sauce, my husband likes to put it on everything. He is picky about everything so of course he is about his hot sauce as well. There are only a handle full of brands he will actually use or even try. Sometimes he goes for the really hot and other brands he likes the mild hot sauces that you can use a lot of. Sometimes it's crazy to see him eat!

This hot sauce says it is a medium or mild hot sauce. When you try it though, you find out that it is actually an extra light hot sauce. My mouth didn't burn or feel hot at any time like it does with normal hot sauces. I was focused so much on that that I didn't pay attention to the taste.

After I realized that, I tried it again, and it was really good. Normal hot sauces, you can only taste that they are hot. The actually taste of the hot sauce gets lost in time. But with this hot sauce, you can actually savor the taste for awhile. I am not sure how to explain the taste. You can't really tell it has onions in it which is great because my husband hates them!

You can put this on your food and it will actually improve the taste of whatever you are eating. We have been putting this hot sauce on so much stuff it's not even funny! I never knew my eggs could taste so amazing!

I have to say, I love the logo of this. True Blood is one of my favorite shows, and this reminds me of that. So of course I love it. Plus what better way to get people to talk about your product then by putting a mouth or lips on it!
