Sunsella Silicone Egg and Pancake Rings

Breakfast is my favorite meal. I love breakfast food, and I could eat it every single day of my life. For every single meal of the day as well. There is just something about pancakes...eggs...bacon..etc. that makes me very happy. I tend to overeat breakfast food though, so it's not good for my diet, but like I said, it keeps the smile on my face!

By now if you have read any of my blogs, you know that I am in love with silicone products as well as breakfast, so to combine my two favorite things, is awesome! Silicone is so easy to use, products taste great when made with them, and they are super easy to clean up afterwards!

I had never heard of anything like this but I couldn't wait to get them and use them!! They are such a simple design but a great idea! They come packed in a box of four. There is a foam piece in the middles to keep them in their circle form. Simply poke them out and clean the rings with some soap and water and dry. You can use these on a griddle or a skillet.

I used these on pancakes first. There are no directions on how to use them, but I thought I could figure it out easily! I heated up my skillet first and put a little butter in to melt. After that, I placed a ring in the middle of the skillet. The pancake mix poured right in and formed a perfect circle. I was concerned that it may go under the ring but it stayed in there the whole time. When I knew it would stay in the form, I removed the ring from the skillet. I went on to finish my pancake and it was a perfect circle.

Next I tackled eggs. The first egg mix I poured in there, did run under the ring so I ended up just scrambling it up. The next two though, did stay in the ring. I used less egg mix each time. After a short time it was ready for me to take the ring out, The eggs were perfect circles as well.

My kids loved that the pancakes and eggs were circles. They always made fun of me for my  weird shaped pancakes and eggs. So I was happy to get through the meal with compliments instead of jokes. I think that they helped me to make them better as well. When I could take the rings away, I knew I could flip them soon afterwards. So nothing got burnt this time around and it was all perfectly made.

These cleaned up easily. They only get a little bit on them so just rinse them before placing in sink if you can't wash them for a little while and it won't take much at all. Even if you let it dry on there, it will still come right off. These rings are a godsend to me and I will enjoy them for as long as they will let me!
