Moose Shave Supply Rum Shaving Soap

When it comes to guys shaving, I can go either way. My husband alternates between shaving and not shaving. I have to say there is something sexy about kissing a man with a freshly shaven face. They look so much different then they did before. It's amazing what a little hair can do to change the appearance of a man. When he shaves though, there is never a lingering smell. That manly man smell. You could just tell he shaved. I always wondered what scent he would want to smell like if he the option. I know what kinds of colognes and lotions he likes but for his face?? I was not so sure.

Moose Shave Supply company Bay Rum and Spice shaving soap, comes in circle shape, and is an inch or two thick. It looks a lot like goat milk soap. You can smell it through the package before you even open it up. When you do get it open, the smell doesn't increase at all, which is a good thing. Some guys don't like an overwhelming smell, they just want to hint at the smell.

This is a pretty good sized "puck" of shaving soap. Once you open it up and put it under a little bit of water, it starts to come off in your hand like normal bars of soap. It doesn't sud up or anything like that, but you can tell you have it on your hands. Once on your face it partially soaks in but most of the product is left on your face. By soak in I mean, you can't tell it is there anymore and you rub more on your face...where you need to shave. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt just to wash your whole face with it when you were done if you wanted to but my husband never has so I can't say for sure.

I really think that my husband got his best shave in a long time from this product. He was able to get it all shaved and not get frustrated or cut himself in the process. Plus you can smell it the whole time. We thought it was a little bit too much while he was shaving. We have a tiny bathroom so smells are a lot stronger in there. When he was done though, and washed his face up, we could only smell the lingering smell in other rooms. The smell really reminded me of my dad. I remember growing up he use to use Old Spice and it has a ring of that to it. (Since my daddy died a few years back, this can trigger happiness or sadness at any time.)

All in all this is a really good product. I think it even helped my husband get a better shave, plus I can smell it all day. Even the pillows smell like him/it which brings comfort when he isn't home. I know he is pretty happy with it and so am I!
