Kuuk Chef Knives

We could never afford knives when we got married so we got the left overs that people didn't want or use anymore. Which meant they aren't the sharpest tools in the drawer. I got a knife sharpener, but even that doesn't seem to help. I need sharp knives and I need them now!

The Kuuk chef knives are very well made. They are pink. Which I hate...but I will get use to them. I will never understand why businesses think that girls only like pink...there are many colors that we enjoy other then pink. I think if they made these in other colors they would be amazed at how many were purchased. But they are are good looking knives with the color forgotten.

I took these out of the package and I guess I should say to be careful. They come in one of those vacuum sealed plastic death containers. I have to use another knife just to get into my knives. But I feel this is the safest way to ship them so that no one gets hurt, so I appreciate the death trap!

As I said earlier, these knives are very well made. I have a few that the handles have fallen off while I was using them, I don't think this will be the case with these. The large knife has an 8 inch blade and it also comes with a paring knife which is considerably smaller but I use more often..simply because it is smaller.

They both cut right through everything I am cutting with ease. It's been so long since I had a good knife like these, that I was so amazed, I found more things to cut with them! Clean up was realy simple as well, everything just washed right off of these knives and they looked good in my dish drainer! These knives have found a new home in my knife block. I had a few holes that needed filling and I have to say they look good in there. The pink may be wearing off on me. These are knives so always be careful with them so you don't cut off something important....like a finger.
