When I heard cream, I thought of a lotion type of a product, but this product is actually more of a balm. It comes in a cute circle tin that isn't too hard for me to get open. There is a bit of a smell, but nothing that sticks around for long period of times which is always nice with any product that is suppose to help with arthritis and joint pain. I am not sure why these products always have a weird smell, but they do.
There aren't really instructions that come with the product besides on the Amazon page, but it is pretty simple and common sense. Simply get it out of the tin, and rub it where ever you need relief. I usually rub this on as soon as I wake up in the morning. I know that I am going to be doing a whole lot with them while I am making breakfast and getting the kids up and around for school.
This product does seem to help a little bit. It doesn't take the pain all the way away, but I honestly don't think anything ever will besides pain pills. For me, it did help a little bit like I said, which makes me much more willing to keep using it and keep getting a bit of relief. If your hands hurt after a long day, you can rub this on them (or anywhere that hurts externally) and it may help you to fall asleep faster. By that I mean, if the pain keeps you awake at night for long periods, then this may ease your pain enough to help you fall asleep!
If you would like some arthritis relief, head on over to Amazon, by clicking here. From there, you can find out more about this product, see what other people are saying about it, and buy a tin for yourself!
I received this product at a discounted rate, in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion/review/feedback.
