Betta Bridges All natural Dog Ear Cleaner

To me having a dog is like having another child, they are family. I would hope everyone takes care of their dogs just as well as they take care of themselves, but I know that I not always the case. I love my Willow but those floppy beagle/basset hound ears she has are so hard to keep clean. They hang done and cause infections, irritation, and build up. After taking her to the vet a million times and paying for that plus the expensive creams and such they prescribe for her, my pocket book is a bit low! I was ready for something that was cheap but also worked wonders and was safe for her and I.

I had never heard of Betta Bridges before I got this to review, but I have to tell you they are a great company and a blast to work with. I had issues at the beginning and they talked me through everything. It has been a joy to review their product. I know it has taken me a bit longer then expected to get this review out but I am so glad they have been patient with me!

Since Willow has had so many products in and around her ears, she is a bit skiddish. It took a few of us to get this in her ears...twice each time! It says to put some drops in, let them shake their head and then go in with a cotton ball that has this on it and clean up what I can. I have to say that I have had to apply this a whole lot less then the other stuff which is awesome! It seems to work longer like I said, which will save me money in the long run!

Since this product is all natural I feel much safer putting it in her ears then I do the epensive stuff you have to get with a prescription. I was amazed to read some of the ingredients in this product. Tea tree oil and lavender oil are the two I am most familiar with, but I will tell you all the ingredients they list are all natural! I knew that tea tree oil and lavender oil had a lot of uses but I never thought I would find them in an ear cleaner for dogs!

Velocity Punching Bag

I hate exercising. It is just so boring doing the same thing day after day. I seriously needed something to help me out and motivate me to get fit. Since I have a bunch of health problems, the easiest things are sometimes the hardest for me to do, but I knew I could still throw a punch and some kicks every now and then, so I thought the Velocity Punching bag would be my ticket to a skinnier me.

When I got word that I was going to get to review this product, I was happy, like I said. It claimed to have a decent pump and a photo pouch. I was really excited about the pouch because I would love to put pics in there of fat me or people I just plain don't care for. I figured if anything was going to motivate me to punch this bag, that would be it.

I guess I will start out with what I didn't like about this product since it out weighs what I do. From looking at the Amazon page, it seems like it is a kids toy, but when it comes, the box shows a grown woman who looks to be working out with the product. I know that anyone can use this punching bag, I just feel the two pictures were very different. The first thing I found out, is that the foot pump is junk. Just pure junk. It is made of flimsy materials..even though the over all idea of the pump is made in good intentions, this pump is crap. The hoses that go into the bag from the pump do not fit which makes it impossible to use the pump with your foot as it should be used, because you have to hold the hose into the bag.

There are no instructions with this product. It seems like it would be common sense, but there are a few things that would be nice to know. We filled our bottom up with water, but I know some people fill it with sand. (Like I said it never said either way.) It wasn't known how much water to put in so we had to guess. The top can't be pumped up when you are filling the bottom, so if you don't get it right the first time, it may really frustrate you. Also the hole to fill the water is basically on the bottom of the bag, kind of to the side where it can stick out. Be careful with this valve and the other one. My husband walked by and brushed against the bag and water went everywhere!

While I was excited at first to get this and start punching it, the excitement faded about 30 minutes into trying to pump it up with the bs pump. I finally gave up and then my husband tried for about thirty minutes before he just put it into his mouth and blew it up like a pool toy. Which took him maybe 2 minutes to get it from half full to all the way. The first time we used it, we got pretty much the right amount of water in it and it stood well, after the flood, we didn't get as much water in there, so it takes forever to bounce back up.

The last thing I noticed about this punching bag, was the fact that there was no photo pouch as advertised. (This makes me think back to the whole picture situation that I mentioned earlier.) I mean they literally claim in the title on their Amazon product page, that this thing will have a photo pouch. I took the time to look through other reviews and I did find a few others that claimed this as well.

Now on to the pro's of this product. It seems to be made out of decent materials. Thick but not too thick. Seems to be just enough to punch it and not have it break at the seams. But if it does happen to get a hole in it, they do send patches and such for you to use to repair your punching bag. They also include a picture of what not to do with the bag, like stab it and jump on it. That will at least save their butts if someone does anything stupid with it and gets hurt.

Another good thing about this product is the fact that it gets me moving. Literally every time I walk past this thing, I have to stop and punch it and kick it a bunch of times. All day long I punch this punching bag. My husband and kids even get in on the action and they punch it as well when they walk by it. It's a great addition to my exercise routine that I had been slacking on. This was the punch to the butt I needed to get back into my routine and start losing the weight.

You can carry this bag from room to room with ease. With the water in the bottom of it is not very heavy. Not sure how it would be with sand but I am sure it would probably weigh more and be a bit harder to move around. I think I have had this in every room of my apartment. Some days I just want to work out in a different spot. New spot means new motivation for me.

Even with all the cons, there are a lot of pros to this product as stated above. I think for me, as long as I keep the bag blown up and water in the bottom, I will love it. It's when I have to go through all of the trouble of blowing it up and making it stand that it puts a bad taste into my mouth. I am not sure if my bag was just the ugly step child and didn't want to cooperate or what it is but I hated it at first. Since I have been using it though, it has grown on me and I have grown to love it. I just wish it came with the photo pouch like it said it would and that it had a decent pump.

Pratipad Multi use Pot Holders

Growing up, my grandma always had pot holders that were just for show, and pot holders that she used. The "good" pot holders, were always out hanging where everyone could see along with the "good" towels. We weren't to touch them or use them in anyway. If we needed a pot holder we had to walk to the drawer across the room and get one, even though the "good" ones were hanging right there on the stove.

When I got my own place I vowed to only get pot holders that people could use...yes it scarred me that much..lol. I have about a few potholders that I won, we got at our wedding, and that we bought. They are of course the normal ugly pot holders. I seriously wanted something new and unique that I may actually be able to put out on display. Of course they would be used as well, but I really wanted something that would make people talk.

Pratipad pot holders are an amazing silicone. So they can be bent and won't break. The insides have a sort of honeycomb design. I am not sure if that is what keeps the heat from burning through or not but it is a cool design. Not only can you use them as pot holders, you can also use them as lids on little pots and you can use them as a grip to get your jars open! Multi use products are the best especially when they really do work for every use.

Ice Ball Maker Mold

When your freezer doesn't have an ice maker, you have to figure out how to get ice. You can either get the normal cube trays and freeze them up, or you can go out and buy ice from the store. Often times, people just go out and buy it which can get rather costly. Other molds break or the balls get stuck inside. contrary to popular belief, some of the molds let you decide what size and shape your ice spheres are.

I thought this ice ball mold would be a lot bigger then what it is. Like maybe 4 inches by 4 inches. I thought it would be more like 8 by 8, so the spheres would be bigger. But it turns out the size of these spheres is pretty much perfect for the size glasses we use.so it is perfect!

The ice sphere mold, makes 4 balls. I made them wrong at first, because the instructions are not as clear as they should be. The instructions say that you should clean and air dry this product before the first use. Then it says to fill the mold 3/4 of the way full. I assumed this meant to fill just the circles in the bottom up 3/4 of the way. When I took them out of the freezer, I had half balls and realized my mistake. You have to physically fill the whole entire mold 3/4 of the way to get the balls. The kids did enjoy the half spheres though so it turned out ok. Every time I have made them since then, they have turned out the way they are suppose to.

You may think it would be hard to get the balls out of the mold, but it was actually easy to pop them out of there. The mold is not a plastic like it appears to be, it's actually more of a silicone mold..just sturdier. I simply push up on the bottom and out they pop! This is so much easier and cheaper then buying bags of ice from the store.

Fertilify--Fertility Supplement

I made the choice long before I met my Hubby, to get my tubes tied. Well it was forced upon me..I guess I should put it that way. Without going into those details, just let me say, it was the worst decision I have ever made. I have made some bad decisions throughout my life and they don't compare to this. Part of me never thought that I would ever meet someone and get married. When I didn't think about it, the decision was easy..but most days I live in regret. My only hope (in my eyes) would be to get my tubal reversed...or a miracle. Before you laugh, I personally know 4 women who got pregnant with their tubes tied..and had healthy babies! Some were a few months after getting it done while others were years later. I cling to the hope that I could be so lucky!

Many women are in the same position as me. They may not have the same story but the ending is always the same. I can wish on every shooting star, cross my fingers, or pray to god, and nothing works. Just when I was about to give up altogether, I found out I was getting fertility pills to review. Fertilify to be exact. All at once a tiny spark relight inside of me and I knew I had to at least try.

Fertilify is a women's fertility supplement. There are 90 pills in a bottle which is a one month supply and they are chewable. I compared them to a pop bottle lid so you can see the size of a Fertilify pill in conjunction with the lid. They are pretty good size, and the taste is not very good. Of course I hate taking any kind of medicine so most of it tastes bad to me..it may not to you. Basically it is loaded with vitamins and is good for maintaining your reproductive health. It's for ladies that want to get pregnant now or in the future!

Sadly, after taking the whole bottle, I can not report any happy news. Maybe something got jump started in there though and I will get a surprise later on. I would love to find out how many women do get pregnant after taking these. They say that Fertilify is seen in and used in fertility clinics. If places like that trust Fertilify I pretty much have to. I didn't experience any side effects before during or after taking Fertilify which is always a great thing. Hopefully some day it will happen for me, until then I need to be happy and love on the 3 I have and my husband's daughter.

Space Evolution Thermal Lamination Pouches

Sometimes memories just won't be remembered years later..some not even minutes later. If you are like me, you didn't keep things from when you were young. I am now keeping things just so I can remember. We have been married for four years now, so it's safe to say we have a whole lot of memories. I always wanted some way to display them that wasn't scrap booking. Scrap booking to me is ruining memories because you have to cut up a lot of things to make them fit. With laminating you shouldn't have to cut anything to make it fit, if you get large enough sheets

When I got in to review this product, I assumed that my friend still had her laminator. She is big on DIY and projects like that so I was pretty certain she still had it. I found out I was wrong. So then I had to take to the internet to find out how to review these in a respectable way. The way I found, was by using an iron. This is not the best way to use this product and I wouldn't advise it unles you are desperate. Even then, laminate a few things to get you use to doing it and how much pressure/heat it takes to seal up the sheets. I also got burned pretty badly when I was scared while laminating. So the danger is real. lol

Basically for me to review these, I had to use an iron like I said. You take the sheets and put in whatever you want laminated. You then close the sheets and put them inside of a shirt. You should probably turn the shirt inside out, but I just used a plain shirt with no patches or designs on it. It was also an old shirt I no longer wear so I wasn't too worried about it getting ruined. After I placed the sheet inside the shirt, I had no clue what I was doing and ruined a few things right off the bat. Once I got use to it, they started coming out as they should, which is why I said to test it out on a few things that don't mean anything to you at first until you get the hang of it.

I have to say that this was the kick in the pants I needed to start my memory book. Not too many people are doing things like this and I think it is a cute idea! I have gotten to do a lot of things I never thought I would because of reviewing items. I haven't decided yet whether or not I should just get a hole punch and put them in binders or if I should spend the money to make them into "real" books.

Not only can you make your own memories with this product, you can also make memories for other people. How fun would it be to make them their own book? Maybe they had a baby, got married or someone close to them died. You can even do a book of memories for your own friendship with that person. It may seem like a cheap idea but you really put a lot of work and tears into this "cheap" gift. So much better then a clothing item that will be tossed out within a few weeks. Something like this could be treasured forever.

As per their Amazon page, Space Evolution is selling these thermal packs at 100 count. They say they will never bubble or crease. (a few of mine at the beginning did, but like I said I wasn't using the correct equipment so I can't say either way if they would when used in a laminating machine.) They also say that you can cut these sheets after they have been laminated and the seal will still be intact. 8.5 x 11 inch documents can fit in these sheets perfectly.

All in all, these are amazing laminating sheets. They really worked and now my stuff all looks amazing. The company was also a pleasure to work with.
