Everyone needs to loss weight, but when you think of Vegans or vegetarians, you assume that they wouldn't have to since they don't eat all the good stuff that everyone else does. You know..the stuff that makes you fat but tastes amazing, like a big old steak.
This book has so many great recipes for those non meat lovers and there are even some that normal people would eat as well. I didn't think that I would like any of the recipes inside or any of the ideas but I do. Clean living seems so much easier then dieting and sounds better when you say it as well!
I love how well written this book is. It provides clear and concise pictures and recipe details. It really has some mouth watering pics and recipes that I think I may try. I just won't tell anyone that they are healthy or vegetarian meals and see what my family and friends think of them!
