Somnis--Natural Sleep Aid

Seems like every night, I am dragging butt trying to get things done on the computer and can barely keep my eyes open. Then I decide to lay down in bed, and I am wide awake. When I first saw them, I noticed that they were a bit bigger then the ones that I usually take. I am not one to shy away from something that will help me, so size is not an issue for me. They do have a bit of a smell. It's nothing that will gag you or prevent you from taking them though.

The first night I tried Somnis, I only used one pill. It says you can take 1 to 2 so I wanted to review these both ways. About an hour after taking them, I started feeling tired. I tried to stick it out for a little bit longer to see how tired I would get. after about 15 minutes more, I was really dragging. I decided to lay down and that is the last thing I remember before my alarm went off the next morning. I woke up alert and happy with no noticeable problems. I was happy with the sleep that I got and I actually felt pretty refreshed. With my health problems, that is not easy.

The second night I decided to take two pills. This time, I took them about an hour before I was ready to lay down. This time I was tired within thirty minutes. Two pills definitely work faster then just the one. But with two pills, I couldn't even extend my time awake. I felt like if I didn't go to bed right then, I would fall asleep in the chair. I fell right to sleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The next morning I was alert and refreshed again. I felt the same amount of refreshness with two that I did with one.

I decided after trying them both ways, that I would take one at night. An hour before bedtime. That way I can maximize how long the pills will last me and have more night of good sleep. They are easy to get down and stay down. I didn't have any stomach problems, taking them without food. I also tried these out with and without food and as I said, I didn't have any problems either way.
