My New Year's resolution, is to stop smoking and to lose weight. I have Fibromyalgia, so it is hard for me to get in the exercise needed. I have heard good things about Garcinia and cleanse method. So I was really excited to be able to review this system.

I have been taking this system for a few weeks now. I take the pills at the same time. Which makes it easier to remember to take them both. I have a hard time remembering to take my pills. I have noticed that a lot of the bloating has been taken care of with this system. Seems like a lot of water weight has disappeared as well. When I look at myself, I can see it. When I look at the scale though, it's a different story. I am going to stick with it though and finish the bottle. (Of course I forget to take them a few times) I am happy with the results so far.
