Smart Weigh Body Fat Digital Scale

When it comes to my weight, I have a love/hate relationship with it. When I was younger I was thin, after I had kids, I was left with a bit of extra weight, and then when I developed health problems and had to take a bunch of pills, I ballooned into the weight that I am now. I have hated the idea of even knowing what I weighed so I stayed away from scales. Lately though, I have been working out and watching what I eat and am in need of a way of knowing if I am actually losing any weight. So it was time to find a scale. Cheap scales don't give the exact weight and can vary, when you are trying to lose weight, that is not what you want or need. The Smart Weigh body fat digital scale seemed like the perfect scale for me.

I want to start out by saying that this scale is pretty heavy compared to the cheapo ones that I am use to. So I got a good arm workout just carrying the box through my house and to the bathroom. When I finally got it out of the packaging, I really liked the look of the box that the product came in and the fact that I could get it open pretty easily. The scale was packaged very well inside of that box to keep it protected during the shipping process.

After reading over the information on the box, I felt I had a good understanding on what the product was used for and what it could do. the only thing left was opening and unwrapping of the product. I have to say that this is the best looking scale that I have ever seen.  It is pretty thin but heavy and durable.

I looked over the instructions and felt that I had a good understanding of what the scale can do. It can be set up for up to 8 users. I am the only one really using the scale at my home, unless one of  our guests has stepped on it while they were in our bathroom. I wonder how well it would work if it was used on people that were close to the same weight. Would it be able to determine which person was standing on it?

A first I was worried about breaking it. I know that it can withstand a whole lot more weight then me (up to 440 pounds) but when you are a bigger girl, you tend to worry about these things. I got up my courage and stepped right up on the scale. The numbers popped up and they were big enough and bright enough to be seen clearly. I had went to the er recently and while I was waiting to be seen, I weighed myself for the fun of it and this scale was right on the number that I received from the ER scale.

If you want a good reliable scale, then I definitely recommend this scale. It is so much more accurate then the cheapo scales and will look a lot better in your bathroom then those ever would. Head on over to amazon and check out the product page by clicking here. You can find out more about the product, what other people think of it, and you can order one for yourself.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
