Eco at Heart Stainless Steel Straws
In this point in my life, I have realized that I have to find a way to save money. Any way to save money is a help because we don't have a lot of money to go around. When you find a product to help with that, it is an awesome feeling.
There are some things in the kitchen that you can use only one time and have to throw away. There are also things that you are only to use one time and throw away,, like plastic spoons and forks, and straws etc. Things like these are things that I use to save money and I will often wash them and use them a few times instead of just once. But things like paper plates and straws are ones that I have not been able to use more then once. These are just throw away items, ones that I wouldn't even attempt to use again.
I really wanted to find a way to use some of throw away items over and over again. Especially straws. My family and I use straws many times a day in a variety of beverages. The kids use straws in their normal drinks and my husband and I use them in our alcoholic beverages. We end to go through a lot of straws a day, which meant a good bit of money every single month.
Through Tomoson I got the chance to review stainless steel straws. I had mixed feelings about this one because I had never heard of stainless steel straws. At the same time I knew that this meant that I would be able to wash them and reuse them, so I wouldn't have to buy straws anymore. I couldn't wait for these to come in the mail so my family and I could see what we thought of them.
When they came, I really liked the way that they were packaged when shipped, so they would not be damaged and I like the packaging on the product itself. They come in a small box with a panel cut out so you can see the straws right away. It slides up or down so you can get them out and you can also keep them in there when they are not in use. It also come with a tool that you can run through the straws when you are cleaning them to help with that process.
The straws themselves are a good size. The hole is much bigger then a normal sized straw so you get much more liquid in your mouth every time you take a sip. I have found that the kids don't have as many tummy aches with these straws. I'm not sure if they are sucking less air or what it is, I would think they would get more air, but they feel better with these so I am happier. The straws are very durable and they are made to look like a bendy straw, but they don't bend and they are silver.
I would recommend these to anyone who is like myself and wants to save money or anyone who uses straws a lot. They are very durable, easy to use, and they clean up nicely. We have used these every day since we got them and they have yet to break or break down in anyway. If you want to check them out you can click here to go to the website or you can check them out on Amazon by clicking here. I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
